How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Standard UK delivery is £3.95 and arrives in 2–4 working days. Need it sooner? Express next-day delivery is £6.95 for orders placed before the daily cut-off. Delivery is free on all UK orders over £50.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — UK delivery is free on every order over £50. Orders below that threshold are charged at our standard rate of £3.95.
What is your returns policy?
We offer 30-day free returns. If something isn't right, send it back within 30 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached — for a full refund.
How do I return an item?
Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid returns label and simple instructions. Pop the items back in their packaging, attach the label and drop the parcel off. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I find the right size?
Our pieces are unisex and cut for a clean, regular fit. Check our Size Guide for chest, waist and sock measurements, plus tips on how to measure.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it quicker to track orders, manage returns and reorder your favourites.
