Overview
These terms govern your use of the &Veil website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. &Veil is based at 14 Shoreditch High Street, London, E1 6JE, United Kingdom.
Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and include VAT where applicable. We take care to price and describe products accurately, but if we discover an error we may cancel the order and refund you in full. An order is accepted once we email you to confirm dispatch.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Payment is taken at the time you place your order, and we do not store your full card details.
Delivery
We deliver across the UK. Standard delivery is £3.95 (free on orders over £50) and arrives in 2–4 working days; express next-day delivery is £6.95. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Returns & refunds
You may return unworn items with their original tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the value of the products you have purchased.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
