We ship across the UK with tracked delivery, and free returns are always included. Here’s everything you need to know.
UK delivery
Enjoy free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50. Choose express at checkout if you need your order next working day.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link.
Returns & refunds
Changed your mind? We offer 30-day free returns. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send anything back.
What can be returned
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging should still be attached.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks can only be returned if unopened and sealed.
How to return
- Email [email protected] with your order number to request a free returns label.
- Repack your items securely with the tags attached.
- Attach the prepaid label and drop the parcel off.
Refund timing
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. We’ll email you as soon as it’s on its way.
